遵循教育规律、突出公安特色、服务公安工作和公安队伍建设——关于省属公安本科院校办学定位的思考

摘　　要：办学定位是高校改革发展的顶层设计。省属公安本科院校在推进院校教育教学改革中,应主动契合全面深化公安工作改革发展大局,始终坚持公安行业院校的根本属性,在遵循高等教育规律中突出公安特色,根据公安工作和公安队伍建设的需要和自身实际,在办学宗旨、理念、目标、规模、层次、类型、学科专业、人才培养模式、人才培养规格、服务面向、办学特色和办学水平等方面科学定位,更好服务公安工作和公安队伍建设。The running orientation for a college belongs to the top-level design in high education reform and development. In the promotion of college teaching reform, the provincial public security colleges must initiatively fit to the general situation of the deepening reform of public security comprehensive development, consistently adhere to its fundamental nature, highlight its characteristics by following to regulations of high education, and basing on the needs of the real public security work and its own needs,make scientific orientation in education targets, ideas, aims, scales, levels, types, professional disciplines,personnel training modes, talent trainings specifications, service oriented, characteristics and teaching qualities, so as to achieve better service to the public security work and police group construction.
