摘　　要：华文社科学术期刊是指大陆地区的高等院校、科研院所(含社科联)、行业协会(学会)等单位(组织)主办的、以中文为语言识别的、围绕一定的办刊宗旨登载具有较高学术水平的哲学社会科学研究的学术研究论文、学术综述、学术书评文章的定期或不定期对外公开出版、发行的连续出版物。华文社科学术期刊数量偏少,应增加社科学术期刊的种数;社科研究队伍创新能力弱,办刊人员的编辑能力和研究能力有待进一步提升;社科学术期刊组织——研究会、协会(学会)数量多,但其职能、任务有待进一步规范;社科学术期刊评价有待进一步完善。华文社科学术期刊的发展,应全面提升社科学术期刊的整体质量,重在编辑队伍的建设与培育以及编委会职责的明确与担当;配合国家文化发展战略,坚持有选择性、针对性地、阶段性的走出国门;针对国际学术热点问题、中国学术热点问题以及国际对中国感兴趣的学术问题,积极开展学术交流。Chinese Academic Journals refer to serial publications or distributions that are regularly or irregularly published publicly.These publications include academic research papers,academic reviews,academic book reviews and academic papers on philosophical or social science research with high academic level,and moreover,these publications bear certain purposes or principles and the language recognized or used is Chinese.Meanwhile,Chinese Academic Journals refer to serial publications or distributions which are sponsored by the Chinese institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutes in mainland(including the Association of Social Sciences),trade or vocation associations(or Society) and other units(or organizations).The number of Chinese social science academic journals is relatively small and thus academic journals should increase the social journal number.Social science research staff's innovation capacity is relatively weak,and the editing and research capacity of the journals' staff needs to be further enhanced.There are a lot of social sciences academic journal organizations as research associations and societies,but their functions and tasks remains to be further standardized.Furthermore,the evaluation or assessment of social sciences academic journals needs to be further improved.The actual development of Chinese social science journals should be based on the improvement of the overall quality of the social science academic journals while cooperating with the country's cultural development strategies and adhering to the policy of a selective,targeted and progressive way to go abroad in order to make our social science journals recognized internationally.Social science academic journals need to broaden the international visions as to be run around the international academic hot issues,Chinese academic hot issues and international interest in China's academic issues for the purpose of achieving active academic exchanges.
