摘  要:为探究二烷基二硫代磷酸锌与新型油溶钼TM-01复合后的抗磨性和抗氧性,采用四球试验机和恒温成焦板模拟试验进行考察,以综合磨斑直径WSD,最大无卡咬负荷PB值,摩擦系数u,成焦量以及黏度变化率为指标,对抗磨抗氧性进行分析。先考察单剂的感受性,当单剂TM-01加量为0.1%-0.2%,ZDDP加量为1.0%-1.2%时,抗磨抗氧性能良好,之后进行复合试验,试验结果表明,当ZDDP和TM-01以1.05%和0.15%的加量复合后,效果最好,且处于稳定范围。in order to explore the wear resistance and oxidation resistance of the complex additive which consists of zinc di- alkyl dithiophosphate (ZDDP) and oil- solute molybdenum(TM -01), the four ball testing machine and constant tempera- ture coke forming plate were used to perform the simulation test. And the comprehensive wear scar diameter WSD, maxi- mum nonseizure load PB value, the friction coefficient - u, coke amount, as well as viscosity change rate were taken as the index to analyze the wear resistance and oxidation resistance. Firstly, the susceptibility of single agent was investigated. It indicates that the wear resistance and oxidation resistance are quite good when the dosage of TM -01 is 0. 1% -0.2% and the dosage of ZDDP is 1.0% -1.2,%. Then the composite experiment was carried out. The result shows that the effect is the best and in a stable range with the 1.05% ZDDP and 0. 15% TM -01.
