西安市艾滋病自愿咨询检测者中艾滋病和梅毒感染情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解西安市艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)人群人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)和梅毒的感染情况。方法对2013年西安市疾病预防控制中心艾滋病门诊接收的896例自愿咨询检测者进行HIV及梅毒检测,描述分析其结果。结果男男性行为者(MSM)是HIV及梅毒感染率最高的人群,分别为47.4%和7.1%。不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况和文化程度的咨询者HIV抗体阳性率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),不同年龄和文化程度的咨询者梅毒抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。平均年龄(39.3±9.1)岁的人群比平均年龄(29.5±10.0)岁的人群更易发生合并感染。结论感染梅毒的人群更易感染HIV,要加强对高危人群的宣传教育。[Objective]To know the situation of HIV and syphilis infections among the attendants of HIV voluntary counseling and testing（VCT） in Xi＇an City.[Methods] 896 people who have received VCT service in HIV/AIDS Department of Xi＇an Center for Disease Control and Prevention in 2013 were collected to detect HIV and syphilis antibodies,and the results were analyzed descriptively.[Results]The men who have sex with men（MSM）showed the highest infection rates of HIV and syphilis,which was 47.4% and 7.1% respectively. The differences in the positive rate of HIV antibody were statistically significant among people in different sex,age,marital status,educational level groups（P〈0.01）,while the differences in the positive rate of syphilis antibody were statistically significant among people in different age,educational level groups（P〈0.01）. The people with the average age of （39.3±9.1）years old were more likely to suffer from HIV/syphilis co-infection than people with the average age of （29.5±10.0）years old. [Conclusion]The people with syphilis infection are prone to infect HIV,so it is necessary to strengthen the health publicity and education among high-risk population.
