摘  要:目的了解常州市城市水厂水源水与出厂水中贾第鞭毛虫和隐孢子虫污染情况,为公共卫生管理提供依据。方法 2012年6月—2013年5月连续每月采集3家水厂水源水和出厂水各1份,采用国家《生活饮用水卫生标准》检测方法对水样进行隐孢子虫卵囊与贾第鞭毛虫包囊检测。结果常州市3家水厂共监测出厂水36份,水样合格率100%(36/36)。出厂水常规理化指标中p H值、浑浊度、色度、铁、锰和硝酸盐氮与水源水相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过完全处理后,出厂水微生物指标显著低于水源水。连续12个月监测,城市饮用水源水、出厂水均未检出贾第鞭毛虫和隐孢子虫。结论常州市城市饮用水未受到贾第鞭毛虫和隐孢子虫污染。[Objective]To know the contamination status of Giardia lamblia(G. lamblia)and Crytosporidium parvum(C. parvum)in source water and finished water from urban waterworks in Changzhou City,provide a basis for public health management.[Methods]One source water samples and one finished water samples were respectively collected from 3 urban waterworks in Changzhou City every month from June 2012 to May 2013. Cryptosporidium oocysts and giardia cysts in water samples were detected according to the Drinking water sanitary standard. [Results]A total of 36 water samples from 3 waterworks were monitored,and the qualified rate was 100%(36/36). There were statistically significant differences in p H value,turbidity,chroma,iron,manganese and nitrate nitrogen between source water and one finished water(P〈0.05). After complete treatment,the microbial indicators of finished water were significantly lower than those of source water. With the continuous monitoring of 12 months,the G. lamblia and C. parvum were not found in source water and one finished water.[Conclusion]In Changzhou City,the urban drinking water is not contaminated with G. lamblia and C. parvum.
