摘 要:目的了解2013年上海市浦东新区中学生饮酒现状,为制定饮酒相关的政策和干预措施提供依据。方法调查问卷统一使用由中国疾病预防控制中心营养与食品安全所提供的《中学生饮酒行为调查问卷》,采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法,抽取浦东新区12所初中、5所高中和4所中专职业技术学校(中职技校)共21所2 224名学生进行问卷调查。结果有43.9%的学生曾经饮酒,13.7%的学生在调查前30 d内曾经喝过酒;过去1年内,3.6%的学生存在过量饮酒,31.3%的学生偶尔饮酒,1.8%的学生经常饮酒,13.4%的学生曾经喝醉过。各饮酒行为均是男生高于女生,中职技校学生高于高中生,高中生高于初中生。家长对饮酒的态度、朋友中的饮酒比例、吸烟、学校宣教皆与中学生饮酒率有关。结论该区中学生饮酒行为较为普遍,应尽早对其开展宣教,建立以学校教育为基础,家庭、政府和卫生机构等共同参与的多目标干预机制。[Objective]To know the current situation of drinking behaviors among middle school students in Pudong New Area of Shanghai in 2013,provide scientific basis for developing related policies and intervention measures against drinking. [Methods]2224 students were collected from 12 junior middle schools,5 senior middle schools and 4 vocational schools in Pudong New Area by multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method. A questionnaire survey was performed by using the Drinking Behaviors Questionnaire for Middle School Students developed by Institute for Nutrition and Food Safety of Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention. [Results]43.9% of students had alcohol drinking experience,and 13.7% of students had drunk alcohol in the past 30 days. In the past year,3.6% of students had the behavior of excessive drinking,31.3% of students drank alcohol occasionally,1.8% of students drank alcohol frequently,and 13.4% of students had got drunk. The rates of drinking behaviors in male students were higher than those in female students,and the rates in vocational school students were higher than those in senior middle school students,while the rates in senior middle school students were higher than those in junior middle school students. Parents' attitudes toward drinking,the proportion of drinking among friends,smoking and school education were related to drinking rate of middle school students.[Conclusion]The drinking behaviors are common among middle school students in this area. It is necessary to implement health education as early as possible,and establish the multi-target intervention mechanism based on the school education,with the cooperation of families,the government and health institutions.
