摘　　要：目的分析沧州市艾滋病（AIDS）流行现状和特征,评估目前防治对策,明确今后防治工作重点,为决策者提供科学依据。方法收集和整理沧州市人类免疫缺陷病毒感染者/艾滋病患者（HIV/AIDS）病例报告资料和个案流调资料进行统计分析。结果沧州市2003-2013年累计报告HIV/AIDS 334例,死亡69例,疫情呈快速增长势头,以青壮年男性为主,地区分布广泛,性接触、母婴、血液3种传播途径均有病例报告,但以性途径传播为主,占91.91%（307/334）。其中男男性接触途径传播占47.90%（160/334）,2013年新报告的96例HIV/AIDS全部为性接触传播。来源于医疗机构的病例占42.52%（142/334）,且发现时或1年内死亡病例占11.98%（40/334）。10~24岁青少年、未婚病例所占比率分别达到了23.05%（77/334）和29.64%（99/334）,无偿献血人群HIV阳性病例也达到了11.08%（37/334）。结论沧州市属AIDS低流行地区,但近年来疫情呈快速增长,青少年病例上升势头显著,控制性接触传播特别是男男同性接触传播病例的发生是当前和今后沧州市AIDS防治工作的重中之重。[Objective]To analyze the epidemic situation and characteristics of AIDS in Cangzhou City,assess current control measures,clarify the key points of prevention and control in the future,and provide scientific basis for decision makers.[Methods]The data of HIV/AIDS cases（case reports and case epidemiological investigation）in Cangzhou City were collected and analyzed statistically.[Results]A total of 334 HIV/AIDS cases were reported in Cangzhou City from 2003-2013,including 69 death cases,and the epidemic situation showed a rapid rising trend.Most of cases were young men,and the regional distribution was wide. The cases by all of three routes（sex,mother to child,and blood-borne） were reported in Cangzhou City,while sexual transmission accounted for 91.91%（307/334）,and 47.90%（160/334） were homosexual transmission. All of 96 HIV/AIDS cases reported in 2013 were infected by sexual transmission. 42.52%（142/334） of cases were reported by medical institutions,and11.98%（40/334） of cases died at diagnosis or within 1 year after diagnosis.The proportion of young people aged 10-24 years old and unmarried people reached 23.05%（77/334） and 29.64%（99/334） respectively,and HIV positive cases of blood donors accounted for 11.08%（37/334）.[Conclusion]The epidemic situation of AIDS is at a low level in Cangzhou City,but the incidence rate is increasing rapidly in recent years,and the cases of young people have increased significantly. To control the sexual transmission,especially homosexual transmission,is the most important thing of AIDS prevention and control work in Cangzhou City.
