益气活血凉血生肌方对冠心病冠状动脉介入术后的康复作用

摘　　要：目的观察益气活血凉血生肌方对气虚血瘀证冠心病冠脉介入术后患者的康复作用。方法采用随机、对照的方法,将来自北京中医药大学东方医院心内科131例成功行冠状动脉介入术的冠心病患者随机分为治疗组68例、对照组63例,2组均接受冠心病二级预防常规,治疗组于手术日起加用益气活血凉血生肌方药(生黄芪、丹参、牡丹皮、金银花等)2个月,随访2月,以中医症状体征积分、西雅图量表评分为主要观察指标。结果 1)治疗组西雅图心绞痛量表评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2)治疗组胸闷、瘀血、气短、乏力积分改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气活血凉血生肌方药可显著改善冠心病冠脉介入术后患者气虚血瘀症状、提高生活质量,是冠脉介入术后气虚血瘀证康复治疗的有效辅助药物。Objective To explore the effect of cardiac intervention and psychological care on the cardiac rehabilitation of the patients with Coronary Artery Disease（CAD）after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention（PCI）in the use of Traditional Chinese Medicine Yiqi huoxue liangxue shengji prescription. Methods The 131 patients with CAD after PCI from Department of Cardiology of Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were enrolled and divided randomly in treatment group（68 cases）and control group（63 cases）. The two groups were treated with sec-ondary prevention of CAD,the treatmentgroup was also treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine Yiqi huoxue liangxue shengji after PCI. The Quality of life（ symptoms and signs of Traditional Chinese Medicine integral,Seattle Angina Questionnaire（SAQ））was assessed after 2 months treatment. Results 1）The score of SAQ in treatment group were more higher than control group（P 〈 0. 05）;2）Compared with control group,the score of chest tightness,blood stasis, shortness of breath,fatigue integrals and physical limitation were improved significantly in treatment group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The results of our study indicate that the Traditional Chinese Medicine Yiqi huoxue liangxue shengji prescription can significantly improve the quality of life for the patients with coronary artery disease after PCI.
