摘　　要：目的观察加味再造散治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将70例患者随机分为2组,对照组33例采用口服西替利嗪片治疗,治疗组37例应用加味再造散治疗发作期(气虚外感型),人参归脾丸与金匮肾气丸治疗缓解期。结果愈显率治疗组为96.7%,对照组为78.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味再造散治疗过敏性鼻炎具有温阳散寒,宣通鼻窍的作用,最终可改善患者的过敏体质。Objective To observe the curative effect of Modified Zaizao San on allergic rhinitis in clinic. Methods The 70 selected patients were randomly divided into the treatment group（n = 37）and control group（n = 33）. The treatment group was treated with Modified Zaizao San（qi-deficiency of exogenous cold type）and the control group was treated with Levocetirizine Tablets. Ginseng Guipi pills and Jinkui Shenqi pills remission treatment. Results The differences in the obvious effective rate and total effective rate were statistically significant between two groups（P 〈 0. 05）after statistical processing,and the curative effect of the treatment group（96. 7% ）was better than that of the control group（78. 0% ）. Conclusion Modified Zaizao San for allergic rhinitis has a characteristic of warm yang and dispel cold,Xuan Tong nasal orifices,and ultimately improve the allergic constitution.
