摘　　要：海龙为我国传统温肾壮阳药,始载于《本草纲目拾遗》。海龙科动物大多分布于南海,据《南海鱼类志》记载产于我国有17属30种,绝大多数生活在浅海,极少数生活在淡水和河口。海龙富含许多生物活性成分,包括总甾体类化合物、蛋白质、人体必需氨基酸、微量元素Zn、Mn、Cu等。具有温肾壮阳,延缓衰老,抗肿瘤,增强机体免疫力,加强心肌收缩力,缓解骨质疏松,降低胆固醇,治疗老年性痴呆症等作用。归纳总结国内外文献,详细综述海龙药理作用,为其临床应用、新药开发提供更深入的科学依据。Syngnathus for China’s traditional kidney aphrodisiac,beginning in supplement to Compendium of Materia Medica. Syngnathidae distribution mostly about animals,according to The Fishes of the South China Sea,records made in our country there are 17 genera and 30 species,the vast majority live in shallow sea,few live in fresh water and es-tuary. Syngnathus is rich in many bioactive components,including total steroidal compounds,protein and essential ami-no acids,trace elements Zn,Mn,Cu,etc. Have the warming kidney and strengthening yang,anti-aging,anti-tumor,en-hance immunity,enhance myocardial contraction force,alleviate the osteoporosis,lower cholesterol and treatment of se-nile dementia,and so on. Summarizes the domestic and foreign literature,will review in detail the dragon pharmacologi-cal effects. Provide more scientific basis for its clinical application and development of new drugs.
