摘  要:目的探讨植物粪石性小肠梗阻CT表现及其动态变化。方法对15例植物粪石性小肠梗阻病人CT资料进行分析。结果十二指肠结石2例(13.3%),空肠结石5例(33.3%),回肠结石8例(53.4%)。3例为多发结石,12例为单发结石。CT动态观察可见14例结石移动、变小、消融,保守治疗成功。1例病人采取保守治疗失败后实施手术治疗。结论采用CT动态观察方法诊断植物粪石性小肠梗阻有较高的准确性,多数结石经保守治疗可逐渐变小并消失。Objective To observe the CT signs and dynamic changes in patients with small intestine obstruction due to phytobezoar. Methods CT data of 15 patients with small intestine obstruction caused by phytobezoar were analyzed. Results There were two cases(13.3%)of duodenal stone,five(33.3%)of jejunal stone,and eight(53.4%)of ileum stone,of which,three with multiple stones and 12 with single stone.Under dynamic CT observation,the motion,decrease in size,and ablation of the stones could be seen in all the 14 cases,expectant therapy was successful.One failed with expectant therapy underwent surgery.Conclusion Dynamic CT observation in diagnosing small intestine obstruction due to phytobezoar has a higher accuracy,and most stones gradually become smaller and disappear with expectant therapy.
