摘 要:以纸质地形图或扫描地形图为工作底图,将等高线地图解译并想象为立体化地图,并充分利用各种潜在的明显地物进行地理参照和定位,是现实飞行观察技术的真实写照。为了实现所看即所得,快速定标定位,我们研究了机载电子地图制作技术。以地形图、数字地形模型和卫星影像为数据源,利用光照几何模型和视觉原理,分别制作纸质地形图的立体可视化电子图、彩色编码的立体可视化地形地貌图、正立体卫星遥感图像,解决了将等高线转换为立体地貌图,将原来的负立体卫星遥感图像表达为正立体图像的技术难题。该研究将提高飞行观察员在飞行巡护、火场侦查、火场指挥、机(索、滑)降灭火、以水灭火和空投空运、目标搜寻中的定标定位、火场标绘、导航和指挥协调的工作效率和科技水平。Interpreting contours and imagination them as three-dimensional maps, and using of the possible obvious features of ground objects as georeference and to do position based on papery topographic maps or scanned papery topographic maps, it is a mirror of the current flying observer technologies. In order to reach what you see is what you get and quickly identifying georeferencing targets and position, we researched the production technologies of Stereoscopic Visual Digital Maps onboard. With papery topographic map and digital terrain model and satellite image as data source, make using of the illumination geometry model and visual perception theory, we respectively create the Stereoscopic Visual Digital Maps of papery topographic maps, color coding map of terrain geomorphological data and positive satellite images, we have solved the big problems that transfer the contours to the three-dimensional landscape, to change the original negative stereo satellite images to positive stereo satellite images. For flying patrol, fire detection, airland extinguishing, water loading extinguishing, and material transportation, the flying observers will improve efficiency and technological levels of the navigation and position, observation and fires mapping, and coordination and commanding.
