薄壁金属焊缝超声检测-常规法与相控阵法比较

摘　　要：就常规超声与相控阵超声,按现行欧标(EN 17640和EN 13588)规定的检测工艺,选用高频小探头对薄壁对接焊缝进行体积检测的结果作了比较。实验证明:遵循欧标给出的常规UT和相控阵UT工艺,操作得法,可有效扫查检测和定量评定薄至4mm的焊缝。A comparison is made between conventional ultrasonic and phased array techniques on thin butt welded joints in accordance with the procedures given in current European norms （EN 17640 and EN 13588） using high frequency and small probes. The experimental results show that following the procedures for conventional and PA techniques given by EN and correct operations can be effective for detection scanning and sizing for thicknesses down to 4mm.
