赵刚辨证分型扶正祛邪治疗肾性血尿

摘　　要：赵刚教授认为肾性血尿为脾肾亏虚、热伤脉络、脉络瘀阻,乃本虚标实或虚实夹杂;"虚,热,瘀"三者相互胶着,相互转变,互为因果,病情反复,迁延难愈;扶正祛邪,辨证分型,阴虚内热最常见,滋阴降火,凉血止血,滋阴勿忘化瘀,二至丸合知柏地黄汤;气阴两虚,益气养阴,补益切忌温燥,大补元煎;脾肾气虚,健脾补肾,益气摄血,正虚为本,培补脾肾,且谨防外感,无比山药丸;湿热内蕴,清热利湿,凉血止血;小蓟饮子;瘀血阻络,顽固性长期血尿,慎用止涩之剂;桃红四物汤。虚为本当扶正为主,兼以祛邪;实为本当祛邪为主,兼以扶正。Professor Zhao Gang believes that the cause of renal hematuria can be summarized as ＂the spleen and kidney deficiency＂,＂thermal injury vein＂,＂Vein blood stasis resistance＂;The pathological nature of ＂virtual reality＂or＂deficiency and excess in complexity＂;Proposed renal hematuria patients actual inclusion,＂virtual,heat,blood stasis＂are mutual stalemate,mutual transformation,reciprocal causation,recurrent disease,refractory;Using the method of strengthening body resistance and expelling pathogen.Clinical,based on virtual,when the centralizer is given priority to,and to eliminate pathogenic.As it is this,when the evil spirits,and to the centralizer.
