马居里参芪地黄汤治疗气阴两虚糖尿病肾病

摘　　要：马居里教授认为糖尿病肾病阴虚为本,燥热为标,损伤五脏,五脏损伤,气阴不足,致气阴两虚;气阴两虚、脾肾双亏、络脉瘀阻;早中期以气阴两虚为本,与脾肾关系密切,瘀血、水湿贯穿本病始终。五脏损伤,必伤及肾脏,阴津不足,则见潮热、盗汗,舌质稍红,苔白腻,脉细涩,治以益气养阴利水,沈氏尊生书之参芪地黄汤(党参、黄芪、生地、山药、山萸肉、丹皮、泽泻、白术、丹参),灵活化裁,重用地黄滋肾阴益精髓,培补先天之本,屡见良效。Prof.MA Juli think that yin deficiency is the mayor reason of early diabetic nephropathy,Heat is a secondary cause,visceral injury,the five internal organs damage,deficiency of Qi and Yin,caused by deficiency of both qi and Yin;deficiency of both qi and Yin,spleen and kidney deficiency,collateral stasis;As early as the mid-to Qi-oriented,and spleen are closely related,bleeding,wet throughout this disease has always been.The five internal organs injury,will hurt the kidney,yin deficiency,see hectic fever,night sweats,tongue slightly red,white and greasy fur,thready pulse astringent,and treated by supplementing qi and nourishing yin and water,Shen Qi Di Huang Decoction addition and subtraction（Dangshen,Huangqi,Shengdi,Shanyao,Shanyurou Danpi,Zexie,Baizhu,Danshen）.Flexible cutting,Beneficial reuse Rehmannia nourishing yin essence,Nourishing the innate,the treatment of diabetic nephropathy has often seen good effect.
