摘　　要：刘学文教授治疗冠心病从全方位、多因素综合考虑,不单纯治心,推求其本、审证求因,从整体出发,抓主要矛盾,并注意共性与个性结合、辨证与辨病结合、中医传统观点与现代医学成就结合、经方与现代药理结合、化瘀与益气并用、从肾论治以固本、重视疏肝解郁。有治心、治肾、治肝、治脾之别,温阳、滋阴、化瘀、祛痰之分;既治主证又治兼证,轻重缓急,分辨主次,有所侧重,标本兼治,扶正祛邪。组方契合证候,用药恰到好处。附不稳定型心绞痛-陈旧性下壁心肌梗塞、冠心病心绞痛-陈旧性后壁心肌梗塞、胸痹-绝经后期验案三则。Professor Liu Xuewen treatment of coronary heart disease from considering the full range,multi factors,not onlyfor the treatment of heart,for instance,,starting from the whole,grasp the principal contradiction,and pay attention to the commonness and individuality,combination of disease and syndrome differentiation,combined withtraditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine,combined with the achieveme nt view by combining with modern pharmacology,and removing blood stasis Qi,and from renal differentiation to the attention,shuganjieyu.A heart,kidney,liver,spleen,nourishing yin and Yang of the other,temperature,blood stasis,phlegm points; bothtreatment and the treatment of the main card and certificate,order of priority,distinguish primary and secondary,focused,biaoben,fuzhengquxie.Prescription fit syndrome drug,be just perfect.With unstable angina-old myocardial infarction,angina pectoris and old myocardial infarction,chest-three cases of postmenopausal women.
