利尿通淋调血汤治疗慢性尿路感染随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察利尿通淋调血汤治疗慢性尿路感染疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。高热、头痛、腰痛、便秘等症予对症处理。对照组40例左氧氟沙星,0.2g/次,2次/d。治疗组40例利尿通淋调血汤(石苇20g,车前子30g,滑石15g,栀子10g,淡竹叶10g,生甘草6g,通草5g,土茯苓30g,当归12g,瞿麦15g),加水浸泡30min,武火煮沸后改为文火煎熬20min,水煎400m L,200m L/次,早晚餐后温服。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、尿常规、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈21例,显效11例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%。对照组痊愈11例,显效14例,有效5例,无效10例,总有效率75.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]利尿通淋调血汤治疗慢性尿路感染疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the transfer of blood diuretic Tonglin side effect of the treatment of chronic urinary tract infections.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,80 outpatients law simply by flipping a coin randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 40 patients levofloxacin,0.2g/times,2 times/d.Treatment group,40 patients diuretic Tonglin transfer of blood Square（Shiwei 20 g,Cheqianzi 30 g,Huashi 15 g,Zhizi 10 g,Danzhuye 10 g,Shenggancao 6g,Tongcao 5g,Tufuling 30 g,Danggui 12 g,Qumai 15g）,add water soak 30 min,after suffering heat to boil to simmer 20 min,decoction 400 m L,200 m L/times,morning and evening meal,warm clothes.14 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,urine,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of 3 courses,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure 21 cases,11 cases markedly effective in 6 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 95.00%.The control group recovered 11 cases,14 cases markedly effective in 5 cases,10 cases,the total efficiency of 75.00%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）[Conclusion]Diuretic Tonglin transfer of blood Treating Chronic urinary tract infection results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,is worth promoting.
