摘　　要：失眠始载于《黄帝内经》,描述为"不得卧""目不瞑"。感受外邪、情志内伤、气血亏虚、饮食不节、阴阳失衡、心神失养、脏腑不安等,病分虚实。肝主疏泄,调畅气机,肝郁则气不通,血凝则神不得安,肝胆火盛上扰心神,神不得内守,故不寐多与肝脏有关,从肝胆论治,分为肝郁血瘀、肝胆火盛、心脾亏损三型,分别使用血府逐瘀汤(柴胡、桃仁各9g,枳壳12g,川芎15g,红花、桔梗各6g,牛膝15g,当归10g,生地黄、赤芍各15g,磁石30g,朱砂冲1.5g,生甘草6g);半夏厚朴汤方(柴胡、白芍各10g,黄芩12g,陈皮10g,生龙牡30g,半夏、桂枝各9g,茯苓15g,青礞石30g,远志10g,党参12g,甘草炙6g);六君子汤(黄芪24g,茯苓18g,远志炙16g,法半夏10g,党参24g,陈皮、枣仁、谷芽炒各10g,甘草3g)。根据不同证型分而治之,疗效显著。Insomnia only contained in the ＂Huangdi Neijing＂,described as ＂not lying＂,＂eye does not close the eyes.＂ Disease because of feelings of evils,emotional injuries,blood deficiency,diet,yin and yang imbalance,mind dystrophy,anxiety and other organs,the disease Notional.Liver controlling dispersion,adjusting qi,liver the gas barrier,then God must not safe blood clotting,liver and gallbladder H.-S.disturbance of mind,the spirit within can not keep,so more liver-related insomnia.Based on this,the treatment of insomnia from the liver and gallbladder,liver depression into stasis,liver and gallbladder H.-S.,Heart and loss three types,namely governance to Xuefuzhuyu soup（Chaihu,Taoren 9g,Zhike 12 g,Chuanxiong 15 g,Honghua,Jiegeng 6g,Niuxi 15 g,Danggui 10 g,Shengdihuang,Chishao 15 g,Cishi 30 g,Zhusha 1.5g,Gancao 6g）;Banxiahoupu party（Chaihu,Baishao 10 g,Huangqin 12 g,Chenpi 10 g,Longmu 30 g,Banxia,Guizhi 9g,Fuling 15 g,Qingmengshi 30 g,Yuanzhi 10 g,Dangshen 12 g,Gancao 6g）;Liujunzi（Huangqi 24 g,Fuling 18 g,Yuanzhi 16 g,Fabanxia 10 g,Dangshen 24 g,Chenpi,Zaoren,Guya 10 g,Gancao 3g）.Depending on the card type of divide and rule,a significant effect.
