半夏白术天麻汤加减联合西比灵治疗痰浊内蕴眩晕随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗痰浊内蕴眩晕疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将140例住院患者随机数字表方法简单随机分为两组。对照组70例西比灵,10mg/次,1次/d,口服。治疗组70例半夏白术天麻汤(半夏15g,白术12g,天麻、茯苓、陈皮各10g,甘草6g;呕吐重加代赭石6g,纳呆腹胀重加砂仁10g;肢沉苔腻重加藿香、石菖蒲各10g;耳鸣重加郁金10g);水煎200m L,1剂/d,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血液流变学指标(纤维蛋白原、全血黏度、血浆黏度)、椎-基底动脉血流速度、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。随访6个月。[结果]治疗组痊愈25例,显效31例,有效12例,无效3例,总有效率95.71%。对照组痊愈12例,显效18例,有效26例,无效14例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。椎-基底动脉血流速度、血液流变学指标两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗痰浊内蕴眩晕,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]Observation Banxiabaizhutianma decoction for treatment of phlegm intrinsic vertigo.[Method]Random parallel control method,140 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups is simple.70 cases in the control group sibelium,10mg/times,1 times/d,orally.The treatment group 70 cases Banxiabaizhutianma soup（Pinellia 15 g,Atractylodes 12 g,Tianma,Poria,dried tangerine peel 10 g,licorice 6g;vomiting weight plus Ruddle 6g,poor appetite bloating heavier Amomum 10g;limb Shen greasy heavier beans incense,Shichangpu each 10g;tinnitus heavy add turmeric 10g）;decoction 200 m L,1 ji/d,sooner or later orally;Western medicine with the control group.14 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,blood rheology（fibrinogen,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity）,vertebral-basilar artery blood flow velocity,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of 2 courses,to determine efficacy.Follow-up of six months.[Results]The cure in 25 cases,31 cases markedly effective in 12 cases,3 cases,the total efficiency of 95.71%.The control group cured 12 cases,18 cases markedly effective in 26 cases,14 cases,the total efficiency of 80.00%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Vertebral-basilar artery blood flow velocity,blood rheology in both groups improved（P〈0.05）,treatment group treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Banxiabaizhutianma decoction for treatment of phlegm intrinsic vertigo,results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,should be promoted.
