肝纤方联合西药治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察肝纤方联合西药治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将148例住院患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组74例复合维生素B,1片/次,3次/d;维生素C,0.1g/次,3次/d;肌苷,0.4g/次,3次/d;联苯双酯,7.5mg/次,3次/d;拉米夫丁,0.1g/次,1次/d。治疗组74例肝纤方(白花蛇舌草、半枝莲各30g,鳖甲、桃仁、当归、赤芍、海藻各20g,大黄制、水飞蓟、黄芪、丹参、鸡血藤各15g,生地、柴胡、甘草、三七粉各10g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚分服,100m L/次;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗1年为1疗程。观测临床症状、HA、P-CⅢ、Ⅳ-C、LN、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈22例,显效25例,有效25例,无效2例,总有效率97.30%。对照组痊愈19例,显效24例,有效23例,无效8例,总有效率89.19%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。肝纤维指标两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]肝纤方联合西药治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe Ganxian soup prescription combined with lamivudine in treating chronic hepatitis B fibrosis effect.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,148 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups craps method is simple.The control group 74 cases of complex vitamins B,1/time,3 times/d.Vitamin C,0.1g/time,3 times/d.Inosine,0.4g/time,3 times/d.DDB,7.5mg/time,3 times/d.Lamivudine,0.1g/times,1 times/d.The treatment group 74 cases of liver fibrosis party（Baihuasheshecao,Banzhilian each 30 g,Biejia,Taoren,Dangui,Chishao,Haizao 20 g,Dahung,Shuifeiji,Huangqi,D anshen,Jixueteng 15 g,Shengdi,Chaihu,Gancao,Sanqifen each 10g）,1/d,decoction 200 m L,morning and evening hours,100 m L/times.Western medicine with the control group.Continuous treatment for one year for a course.Observation of clinical symptoms,HA,P-CⅢ,Ⅳ-C,LN,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure 22 cases,25 cases markedly effective in 25 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 97.30%.Cured 19 cases in the control group,24 cases markedly effective in 23 cases,8 cases,the total efficiency of 89.19%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Hepatic fibrosis indicators improved in both groups（P〈0.01）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Ganxian soup combined lamivudine treatment of chronic hepatitis B fibrosis results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,it is worth promoting.
