益气养阴汤联合西药治疗气阴两虚型老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察益气养阴汤联合西药治疗气阴两虚型老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将76例住院及门诊患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组38例降血脂、改善心功能,低分子肝素抗凝治疗;阿司匹林,100mg/d,1次/d;氯吡格雷,75mg/d,1次/d。治疗组38例益气养阴方(党参、山药各20g,五味子、泽泻、牡丹皮、苍术各10g,黄芪30g,黄精、山茱萸、熟地黄、枸杞子各15g,茯苓12g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服,100m L/次。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、发作频率、持续时间、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效29例,有效8例,无效1例,总有效率97.37%。对照组显效19例,有效12例,无效7例,总有效率81.58%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。相关指标两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]益气养阴汤联合西药治疗气阴两虚型老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the decoction combined with western medicine Yiqiyangyin Yin Deficiency type elderly coronary heart disease effect.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,76 outpatients and inpatients by disease Zhi No.lottery method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.The control group 38 cases lowering blood pressure,improve heart function,low molecular weight heparin therapy.Aspirin,100mg/d,1 times/d.Clopidogrel,75mg/d,1 times/d.The treatment group 38 cases Yiqiyangyin party（Dangshen,Shanyao 20 g,Wuweizi,Zexie,Mudanpi,Cangzhu 10 g,Huangqi 30 g,Huangjing,Shangzhuyu,Shudihuang,Gouqizi 15 g,Fuling 12g）,1 Agents/d,decoction 200 m L,sooner or later,oral,100 m L/times.Western medicine with the control group.14 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,seizure frequency,duration,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of 2 courses,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 29 cases,effective in 8 cases,one case,the total efficiency of 97.37%.The control group 19 cases markedly effective in 11 cases,7 cases,the total efficiency of 81.58%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Related indicators improved in both groups（P〈0.01）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Combined Western Medicine Yiqiyangyin Tang Yin Deficiency type elderly coronary heart disease results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,it is worth promoting.
