降糖益肾方、针刺联合西药治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察降糖益肾方、针刺联合西药治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将148例门诊患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。控制饮食,适当锻炼。对照组74例二甲双胍,0.5g/次,后每周增加0.5g,≤2000mg/d;胰岛素,0.35g/次,1次/d。治疗组74例降糖益肾方(黄芪30g,山药20g,五味子15g,天花粉10g,丹参、生地黄各20g,玄参15g,知母10g,石斛、黄精各15g;气阴两虚加金匮肾气丸-地黄108g,山药、牡丹皮、泽泻各27g,茯苓78g),1剂/d,水煎300m L,早晚口服,150m L/次;针刺脾俞、膈俞、气冲,足三里、太白、列缺穴,行基本手法,留针15min/次,隔日一次,10次为1疗程;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血糖、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效23例,有效37例,无效2例,总有效率97.30%。对照组显效36例,有效35例,无效13例,总有效率82.43%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]降糖益肾方、针刺联合西药治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the Jiangtang Yishen Soup,the efficacy of acupuncture combined with Western medicine treatment of diabetes.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,148 outpatients by disease Zhi No.lottery method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.Control diet,proper exercise.74 cases in the control group with metformin,0.5g/times,after the weekly increase 0.5g,≤2000mg/d.Insulin,0.35g/times,1 times/d.The treatment group 74 cases Jiangtang Yishen Soup（Huangqi 30 g,Shanyao 20 g,Wuweizi 15 g,Tianhuafen 10 g,Danshen,Shengdihaung 20 g,Xuanshen 15 g,Zhimu 10 g,Shigong,Huangjing each 15g;yin and yang plus Jinkui Shenqi pill-Diahung 108 g,Shangyao,Mudanpi,Zexie 27 g,Fuling 78g） 1/ d,decoction 300 m L,sooner or later,oral,150 m L/times.Acupuncture spleen,Geshu,air impact,the full three years,Bai,missing points,line basic techniques,the needle 15min/times,every other day,10 times as a course of treatment.Western medicine with the control group.30 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,blood sugar,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 23 cases,effective 37 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 97.30%.The control group 36 cases markedly effective in 35 cases,13 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 82.43%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Jiangtang Yishen Soup,acupuncture combined with Western medicine treatment of diabetes results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,is worth promoting.
