乌梅调中汤联合颠茄片、整肠生、红外理疗治疗功能性胃痛随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察乌梅调中汤联合颠茄片、整肠生、红外理疗治疗功能性胃痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。对照组40例颠茄片,10mg/次,腹痛时服;整肠生,0.25g/次,3次/d;红外理疗：除辐射场金属物,取舒适体位,暴露腹部皮肤,红外理疗仪腹部脐周照射15~20min,辐射器与皮肤距离2~3cm,1次/d。治疗组40例乌梅调中汤（乌梅12g,黄连6g,白芍5g,元胡6g,木香4g,川椒、小茴香各5g,藿香3g,法半夏8g,槟榔5g）,1剂/d,成人水煎200m L,儿童100m L,早晚口服,成人100m L/次,儿童50m L/次。其他治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、腹痛缓解时间、X线钡餐造影、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效24例,有效15例,无效1例,总有效率97.50%。对照组显效18例,有效10例,无效12例,总有效率70.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.01）。腹痛缓解时间治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.01）。[结论]乌梅调中汤联合颠茄片、整肠生、红外理疗治疗功能性胃痛疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]View Chawu Mei tune in soup,Western medicine combined with infrared therapy treatment of functional stomach effect.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,80 outpatients by disease Zhi No.lottery method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 40 patients belladonna tablets,10mg/times,abdominal pain service;Zhengchangsheng,0.25g/times,3 times/d.Infrared therapy：In addition to the radiation field metal objects,get comfortable position,exposing the abdominal skin,infrared physiotherapy Cullen abdominal irradiation 15 ~ 20 min,the radiator and the skin from the 2 ~ 3cm,1 times/d.Treatment group,40 patients in ebony tone soup（Wumei 12 g,Huanglian 6g,Baishao 5g,Yuanhu 6g,Muxiang 4g,Chuanjiao,Xiaohuixiang each 5g,Huoxiang 3g,Fabanxia 8g,Binglang 5g）,1/d,adult decoction 200 m L,children 100 m L,sooner or later,oral,adult 100 m L/times,children 50 m L/times.Additional treatment with the control group.7d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,abdominal pain time,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 24 cases,effective 15 cases,ineffective in 1 case,the total efficiency of 97.50%.The control group 18 cases markedly effective in 10 cases,12 cases,the total efficiency of 70.00%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.01）.Abdominal pain relief treatment group improved time than the control group（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Wumei Tiaozhong soup,Western medicine combined with infrared therapy treatment of functional stomach pain results were satisfactory,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
