辨证分型防治恶性肿瘤化疗迟发性呕吐研究简况

摘　　要：恶性肿瘤化疗迟发性呕吐乃脾失健运,胃失和降,辨证分型防治:痰湿阻滞-小半夏加茯苓汤,肝气郁滞-小柴胡汤,脾胃虚寒-理中汤或丁香柿蒂汤,胃阴不足-麦门冬汤或橘皮竹茹汤,脾胃气虚-香砂六君子汤,肝寒犯胃-吴茱萸汤,虚实夹杂-旋覆代赭汤或半夏泻心汤;因时、因人制宜,充分发挥中医药副作用少、安全性高、改善患者体力、提高生活质量优势。尚缺乏实验研究支持,动物模型有待规范,未来期待中医药防治呕吐机制及新剂型研发,制定相关指南、疗效指标等。Delayed vomiting of malignant tumor chemotherapy is dysfunction of spleen stomach disharmony and downbearing,The prevention and treatment of TCM syndrome differentiation：Phlegmy wet block-Xiaobanxia plus Fuling Decoction;liver Qi stagnation-Xiaochaihu Decoction;deficiency of the spleen and stomach-soup or cloves and kaki calyx Decoction;deficiency of stomach Yin-Maimendong decoction or jupi Zhuru Tang;Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach-Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction;hepatic cold invading the stomach-Wuzhuyu Decoction;inclusion of actual-Inula Daizhe Decoction or ban Xia Xie Xin Decoction.Through the syndrome differentiation and treatment,time,the person,give full play to the Chinese medicine with less side effect,high safety,improve patients physical and the quality of life advantage.There is currently a lack of more experimental research support,in the future,we should further increase research on TCM vomiting mechanism,the establishment of specific and objective outcome measures,guidelines,consensus,enhance clinical persuasive force and new dosage forms of Chinese traditional medicine research and development.
