中医药诊疗老年性耳聋概况

摘　　要：老年性耳聋以肾气亏虚为主,由于基础疾病多,治疗较为棘手,单纯西医很难达到预期疗效。中医药结合患者自身特点,致病因素及生活环境等,辨证分型(肝肾阴虚、心脾两虚、痰瘀互结、肝胆湿热)治疗、针刺(耳针、头针、颈针)治疗等多手段结合,重视预后护理,为老年性耳聋诊疗带来新的方向。Presbycusis is given priority to with kidney deficiency,because the basic diseases,treatment is relatively difficult,western medicine is very difficult to achieve the expected effect.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with the patient’s own characteristics,pathogenic factors and living environment,such as syndrome differentiation type（liver and kidney Yin deficiency,glove two deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis and knot,liver and gallbladder damp and hot） treatment,acupuncture（earpins,neck,head,needle） many means such as treatment combination,attaches great importance to the prognosis of nursing,bring new direction for presbycusis diagnosis and treatment.
