摘　　要：目的探讨非创伤性横纹肌溶解综合征的磁共振表现,以提高对该病的认识。方法回顾性分析2例非创伤性横纹肌溶解综合征病人的磁共振表现。结果磁共振检查显示局部肌肉增厚,T2WI上显示肌肉信号增高。结论掌握非创伤性横纹肌溶解综合征的影像学表现,有利于其早期诊断和早期治疗。Objective To explore the appearances of non-traumatic rhabdomyolysis syndrome（NTRS）on MRI and improve understanding of the disease. Methods The appearances of two cases of NTRS on MRI findings were analyzed retrospectively. Results MRI showed local muscle thickening,and muscle signal increased on T2 WI. Conclusion Mastering MRI manifestations of non-traumatic rhabdomyolysis syndrome is conducive to early diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
