摘 要:针对抽水蓄能机组发电电动机在异步起动时铁磁材料非线性问题,建立发电电动机的二维场—路耦合有限元模型。以一台286 MVA发电电动机为例,分析发电电动机电机在异步起动过程中的转速、定子电流、动态电磁转矩等关键物理量的变化情况,并定量地给出了铁磁材料非线性对发电电动机的异步起动性能的影响。计算结果表明,在发电电动机空载全压异步起动过程中,虽然铁磁材料非线性使起动时间减少,但是却增加了定子电流、励磁电流和阻尼绕组电流的冲击以及动态电磁转矩脉动的幅度。Aiming at the ferromagnetic material nonlinearity of generator-motor used for pumped storage in asynchronous starting, the 2-D field-circuit coupling time-stepping finite element model of generator—mo-tor was firstly established. Then, a 286MVA generator-motor was taken as an example, and many key physical quantities of that in asynchronous starting were analyzed, such as rotor speed, armature current and dynamic electromagnetic torque and so on. At last, the influence of ferromagnetic material of genera-tor-motor on asynchronous starting performance was quantitatively researched. Calculation results indicate that, in the no-load and asynchronous starting of generator-motor, the nonlinearity of ferromagnetic mate-rial reduces starting time, but increases the shock of armature current, field current and damping winding current as well as the pulsation of dynamic electromagnetic torque.
