摘  要:提出了一种低成本、高效率的提纯冶金级多晶Si的新方法,即利用交变旋转电磁场,从过共晶Al-Si合金熔体凝固过程中直接分离初生Si,经酸洗后制备太阳能级多晶Si。结果表明,在旋转磁场作用下,铸锭的外层形成富Si层,其中Si的质量占整个富Si层的60%左右,而铸锭内层大部分为Al-Si共晶组织。将富Si层从铸锭上剥离出来,用王水酸洗后,一些金属杂质元素与冶金级Si相比去除率高达98%以上,其中B、P等非金属杂质元素去除效率理想。A new method with low-cost and high-efficiency to purify MG(metallurgy grade)-Si was presented.The primary Si was separated directly from hypereutectic Al-Si melt by rotating magnetic field(RMF).After etch cleaning,the solar-grade Si was obtained.The experimental results show that the Si-rich layer is formed in the ouer-layer of the ingot,and the content of Si is about 60% of Si-rich layer,while the inner microstructure of the ingot is composed mainly of the Al-Si eutectic structure.The Sirich was peeled from the ingot after aqua regia leaching,which its removal efficiency of metallic impurities was higher than 98%,and for B,P nonmetallic impurities,a desirable removal effect was realized.
