摘  要:采用多功能拉伸试验机对EP(环氧树脂)胶粘剂-不锈钢对接粘接试件进行了疲劳试验[应力比(R)=0,疲劳应力幅值(Δσ)分别为10、12、14、15、16、18、20、22、25 MPa],并用Paris裂纹扩展疲劳寿命模型分析了该对接粘接结构的疲劳行为,同时还运用数值模拟法确定了初始裂纹和临界裂纹,进而根据试验结果确定了疲劳模型的特征参数。研究结果表明:对接粘接试件的疲劳寿命(N)随Δσ的增加而减小,并且疲劳过程中存在蠕变变形;当Δσ为16~25 MPa时,该模型能较好描述对接粘接结构的疲劳行为。The fatigue experiment of EP (epoxy resin) adhesive-stainless steel butt joint bonding specimen was implemented by multi-function tensile testing machine, where the stress ratio (R) was 0, fatigue stress amplitude (△σ ) were 10, 12, 14, 15, 16, 18,20,22,25 MPa respectively. And the fatigue behavior of butt joint bonding structure was analysed by Paris crack propagation fatigue life model, meanwhile, the initial crack and critical crack were determined by numerical simulation, and then the characteristic parameters of fatigue model were obtained according to the experimental results. The research results showed that the fatigue life (N) of butt joint bonding specimen was decreased with increasing △σ and there exists creep deformation in fatigue process. The model could well describe the fatigue behavior of this butt joint bonding structure when △σ was 16-25 MPa.
