摘 要:以氟橡胶(F2602)为黏合剂,采用喷雾干燥技术制备了微米级RDX(黑索金)/F2602复合含能微球,并对其微观形貌、成分、热分解性和撞击感度等进行了探讨。研究结果表明:喷雾干燥法制备的RDX/F2602复合颗粒呈球形状结构,其粒径为0.5~7.0 mm,并且没有引入杂质;与原料RDX相比,喷雾干燥法制备的球形RDX/F2602复合颗粒之热分解表观活化能(E)从186.42 k J/mol降至183.55 k J/mol、热爆炸临界温度(Tb)从224.49℃升至235.37℃,并且其撞击感度明显下降[特性落高值(H50)从19.01 cm升至75.17 cm]。With fluorine rubber (F2602) as binder, a micron grade-RDX (cyclonite)/F2602 compound energy containing microsphere was prepared by spray drying, and its microstructure, composition, thermal decomposition and impacting sensitivity were discussed. The research results showed that the RDX/F2602 compound particles prepared by spray drying had the spherical structure, its particle size was 0.5-7.0 μm, but the impurities weren' t introduced into the system. Compared to raw RDX and spherical RDX/F2602 compound particles prepared by spray drying, the apparent activation energy (E) at thermal decomposition of the latter was decreased from 186.42 k J/tool to 183.55 kJ/mol, the thermal explosion critical temperature (Tb) of the latter was increased from 224.49 ℃ to 235.37 ℃, and the impacting sensitivity of the latter was also obviously decreased because itsH50 was increased from 19.01 cm to 75.17 cm.
