摘 要:针对WPU(水性聚氨酯)在中试生产中所出现的凝胶现象,以TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)、聚酯二元醇、DMPA(二羟甲基丙酸)、BDO(1,4-丁二醇)和TEA(三乙胺)等为主要原料,探讨了微量工业用碱[如Na OH(氢氧化钠)、KOH(氢氧化钾)、Na HCO3(碳酸氢钠)和TEA等]对WPU合成的影响。研究结果表明:当30 g聚酯二元醇中分别加入4.32μg Na OH、21.20μg KOH、26.20μg Na HCO3或760.00μg TEA时,均会导致合成WPU过程中出现凝胶现象;TEA掺量对WPU粒径的影响较小,KOH、Na HCO3掺量的增加使WPU粒径略有增大。Aim at the gel phenomenon of WPU (waterborne polyurethane) in pilot scale production, the influences of trace industrial alkalis[such as NaOH (sodium hydroxide), KOH (potassium hydroxide), NaHCO3 (sodium bicarbonate) and TEA(triethylamine)] on WPU's synthesis were discussed when TDI(toluene diisocynate), polyester diol, DMPA (dimethylol propanoic acid), BDO (1,4-butanediol) and TEA were used as main raw materials. The research results showed that it would all cause gel phenomenon in process of WPU' s synthesis when the NaOH, KOH, NaHCO3 and TEA contents were 4.32,21.20,26.20,760.00 μg respectively in 30 g polyester diol. The influence of TEA contents on WPU' s particle size was less, but the WPU' s particle size was slightly increased with increasing KOH or NaHCO3 contents.
