摘  要:本文基于电机几何相似定律设计一款小型电动车用外转子永磁同步电动机的主要尺寸,通过优化磁钢的极弧系数和在定子齿冠开槽的方法来降低电机的齿槽转矩。首先基于Maxwell 2D建立该款电机有限元模型,对极弧系数进行扫描分析,得到最佳极弧系数,同时在定子齿冠上开槽,仿真结果表明,优化后该电机的齿槽转矩得到明显削弱。最后,试制样机并进行测试,仿真值和样机测试值对比可得,各项性能误差均在8%以内,验证了该设计方法的合理性。本文为设计小型电动车用外转子永磁同步电动机提供一种可靠方法,在工程实践上具有较高参考价值。This paper based on motor geometric similar laws to design main dimensions of a small electric vehicle with outer rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor, through the method of optimizing the magnet pole arc coefficient and slotting on the stator tooth crown to reduce the cogging torque of the motor. Firstly, based on Maxwell2D established finite element model of the motor, scanning analysis of pole arc coefficient, getting the optimal pole arc coefficient, meanwhile slotting on the stator tooth crown, the simulation results show that the cogging torque of the motor is achieved significantly weaken after optimizing. Finally, a prototype and tested, the contrast of simulation value and the test value of prototype, the performances of error within 8%, verify the rationality of the design method. This paper provides a reliable method for the design of small electric vehicles with outer rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor, it has a high reference value in engineering practice.
