摘  要:正弦脉宽调制调制方法多种多样,而每种调制方式又各有其优缺点。在高频逆变器中无论采用何种调制方式,输出电压谐波含量及分布和开关损耗是不得不考虑的两个问题。针对以上两点,本文对现有的SPWM调制方法进行了较为系统的阐述。并对多种驱动方式下逆变器开关损耗进行计算,对输出电压谐波进行分析。研究结论对深入研究SPWM控制方式以及调制方式的选择具有重要参考价值。Sinusoidal pulse width modulation modulation methods are varied, and each modulation prescription has advantages and disadvantages. Regardless of what kind of modulation method used in the high frequency inverter, output voltage harmonic content and the distribution and the switching loss is to consider the influence of the two problems.. For the above two points, the existing SPWM modulation methods were systematically described in this paper. The inverter switching losses were calculated under various driving mode, and the output voltage harmonic were analyzed. The research conclusion has important reference value for the further study of SPWM control mode and the choice of modulation method.
