摘 要:亲水性膜材料及其功能化是膜材料和膜污染控制的研究热点.金属膜通量高,压降小,且导电性好,适合作为阴极膜耦合生物产电和膜分离,构建新型水处理系统.通过不锈钢网上原位生长MnO2、电聚合形成聚吡咯(PPy)等方法,对商品不锈钢网进行了改性.结果表明,该改性方法不仅缩小了不锈钢网孔径,达到更高的过滤精度,而且还提高了不锈钢网复合膜作为阴极的生物电化学系统的产电性能,使构建的耦合膜生物反应器和生物电化学产电的废水处理系统的水处理效率和产电性能均得到显著提高.研究还发现,使用活性炭与其组合,形成更高活性的复合阴极,能进一步提高耦合体系的产电性能,使系统最大产电功率密度达到1.9W/m3,出水水质也得到改善.Hydrophilic membrane materials and their functionalization is a hot spot in the field of membrane material and membrane fouling control.The metal films have high flux and small pressure drop,as well as good electrical conductivity,they are very suitable for cathode film of coupling biological electricity production system and membrane separation system,and the coupling system can build a new system of wastewater treatment.By growing MnO2 autochthonously in the stainless steel wire mesh and forming polypyrrole(PPy)in the way of electrochemical aggregation,the nature of stainless steel wire mesh was modified.The results showed that the method not only reduced stainless steel wire mesh aperture and achieved higher filtering accuracy,but also improved production performance.The water treatment efficiency and production performance of the wastewater treatment system couplied with membrane bioreactor and biological electrochemical electricity production were improved.Using a combination of activated carbon and modified stainless steel wire mesh could form a higher activity composite cathode,and further improve the production performance of the coupling system.The largest producing electrical power density was 1.9 W/m3,effluent water quality was also improved.
