摘 要:以α-Al2O3为骨料,分别以CuO-TiO2、Cu2O-TiO2为烧结助剂,采用滚压成型和固态粒子烧结法制备单管式α-Al2O3陶瓷支撑体.研究分析了烧结助剂对支撑体烧结温度、晶相组成和微观形貌等的影响.通过X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和自制装置对成品进行表征.研究结果表明,添加TiO2-Cu2O也能促进支撑体烧结的致密性,当最高烧结温度为1 200℃,Cu2O最佳添加量为0.7%(质量分数)时,制得的支撑体性能较好,孔隙率为33.42%,纯水通量为7 927.87L/(m2·h·MPa),抗折强度为81.47 MPa,酸、碱腐蚀重量损失率分别为0.97%、1.22%.Single tubeα-Al2O3 ceramic support withα-Al2O3 as aggregate and CuO-TiO2 and Cu2O-TiO2 as sintering agent respectively was prepared by flow-forming and solid sintering.The effects of sintering agent on the sintering temperature,the composition of the crystal phase and the micro morphology were studied.The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and self-assembly equipment.The research results showed that TiO2-Cu2 O could also promote sintering compactness,and the support with the porosity 33.42%,pure water flux 7 927.87L/(m^2·h·MPa),bending strength 81.47 MPa and acid/alkali corrosion weight loss of the support 0.97%/1.22%was well prepared,when the highest sintering temperature was 1 200℃and the optimum addition of Cu2 O was 0.7%.
