摘  要:交叉采样是提升雷达接收机采样率的有效方法,但该方法会引入通道失配,通道失配将严重降低系统的性能。本文首先介绍基于Open VPX平台的四通道交叉采样宽带雷达接收机的硬件设计;其次对采集系统通道失配误差及其估计方法进行分析;最后针对传统的通道失配校正方法耗费大量时间的问题,提出一种在线校正系统通道失配的方法,该方法提高了通道失配校正的效率。测试结果表明,该设计可实现以采样率9.6 Gsps、精度10 bit对频带为1 GHz^4 GHz的中频信号直接采集,能够满足宽带雷达接收机脉冲压缩处理的要求,已成功应用于某宽带雷达。Time-interleaved ADC is an effective method to improve sample rate of radar receiver. But channel mismatch is introduced by this method,and channel mismatch degrades dynamic performance of system. Firstly,the hardware design of wideband radar receiver based on Open VPX with a four-way TIADC structure was introduced. Then channel mismatch error and method of estimation were analyzed. Finally an online method of calibrating channel mismatch was proposed,which improved the efficiency of calibrating channel mismatch. The result of test showed that direct acquisition of 1 GHz - 4 GHz IF signal at 9. 6 Gsps sample rate and 10 bit resolution could be realized by the design. Pulse compression result could fulfill the demand of wideband radar receiver,and the design had been applied in certain wideband radar.
