西藏高校宣传思想工作回顾与创新探索

摘　　要：西藏自治区成立50年来,在党中央和区党委的坚强领导下,西藏高校紧紧围绕"为谁培养人,培养什么人,如何培养人"这个主题,以高度的历史使命感和时代责任感,用马克思主义理论指导和推进各项工作,坚持弘扬社会主义主流舆论,丰富师生精神文化生活,提高师生思想道德素质,打牢各族师生共同团结奋斗,共同繁荣发展的思想基础,为推进西藏高等教育事业发展和西藏社会长治久安做出了积极贡献。文章回顾了西藏高校宣传思想工作在实践中取得的成果,分析了西藏高校宣传思想工作面临的新形势,提出了加强西藏高校宣传思想工作的对策。In the past 50 years since the Tibet Autonomous Region was established, with the leadership of the CPC Central Committee and the regional party committee, the colleges and universities of Tibet promote all un- dertakings with the guidance of the Marxism, and insist in promoting Socialist mainstream of public opinion, and enrich both teachers＇ and students＇ spiritual and cultural life, and improve teachers＇ and students＇ ideological and moral quality, and so on. It makes a positive contribution to the development of the higher educational cause of Tibet and TibetJs social stability. This article illustrates the great achievements made in the practice of propa- ganda and ideological work in the colleges and universities of Tibet, and analyzes the new situation of ideological work and proposed some suggestion for strengthening the propaganda and ideological work of the colleges and universities in Tibet.
