从金牌体育向民生体育转型发展影响因素及路径研究

摘　　要：运用因子分析、回归分析、逻辑分析等研究方法,分析研究了金牌体育向民生体育转型的影响因素,并提出转型发展路径。资金投入、宣传发动、领导重视以及政策执行力、健身场所、体育人才、体育政绩观、体育法规、体育健身需求是金牌体育向民生体育转型的影响因素,领导重视和政策执行是根本性影响因素。从推进全民国家战略、深化体育管理体制改革、依法创新体育治理结构及改善公平发展环境等路径加快民生体育发展,使全民健身战略推向新阶段。This paper using the factor analysis,regression analysis,logic analysis and other research methods to analyzed the affecting factors of gold medal sports transfer to the people’s livelihood,and point out that the transformations of development path,the investments,and the propaganda launches,leader’s attaches and policy executions,fitness sites,sports talents,sports achievement perspectives,laws and regulations,sports fitness demand is the affecting factors about gold medal to the people’s livelihood,at the same time,Leader’s attaches and policy implementation is the great important fundamental factors. From the paths to speed up the development of sports of the people’s livelihood and make the strategy of the national fitness to a new stage,such as advancing the national strategy,deepen the sports management system reform and innovation in accordance with the governance structure and improve the fair development environment.
