滨海体育旅游者安全期望与感知的比较研究——以深圳市为例

摘　　要：采用T检验和IPA分析方法,对深圳109名滨海体育旅游者进行调查,研究表明:滨海体育旅游者对旅游安全最关注的是体育项目活动安全,发生安全问题最主要的原因是设施设备不完善、器材老化。深圳滨海体育旅游者安全期望与感知显著相关。从单项指标来看,深圳安全事故处置情况等9项指标问题亟待解决。旅游者对安全事件的关注、看法等5项指标需要继续保持和发扬。With the methods of Student’s T test,variance analysis and IPA analysis,109 coastal sports tourists accepted an investigation in Shenzhen. The result indicated that the coastal sports tourists are most concerned about the safety of sports events and the dominant reason of having safety disturb in sports travel is the faultiness of the safe facilities and the aging of equipment. Safety expectation of coastal sports tourists in Shenzhen is related with their perception. The gender,age,knows and society income statistical characteristics are remarkably different from safety expectation and perception. From single parameter,the situation of settling safety accidentsand other this kind of problems need to be settled down. The focus and ideas on safety events and so on need to be kept moving and carried forward.
