中外优秀双杠运动员成套动作的比较研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料、现场与录相观察、比较分析等方法,对中外优秀双杠运动员成套动作的数量、动作难度、完成质量以及各组别动作的选用等情况进行统计与比较研究。结果表明:在双杠项目上,中国运动员整体和个人都具备较强的竞争实力,但优势进一步缩小;中国与世界运动员成套动作的难度基本相当,但在动作完成质量方面存在明显差距;以支撑摆动、悬垂大摆和短半径回环类动作为主体以及选用D组、E组难度动作,构成当今中外优秀双杠运动员成套动作的编排特征;合理处理难度动作和完成质量的关系,提高动作完成质量,增强高难度动作直接连接的能力,优化成套动作和提高竞技水平是中国优秀双杠运动员今后训练的努力方向。This article analyzes the top gymnasts on the quantity of one set of movement,the difficulty,the quality and the selection of movement group by documents review,field and video observation. The result shows that Chinese gymnasts have advantages in single and team competition,but the advantages are reducing. The difficulty of our gymnasts is almost the same as that of foreign top gymnasts,but the quality has a clear gap. The main structure of choreography is support swings,giant swings,short- radius circle and the selection of E and D group. And it has become the key points to handle properly with the difficulty and quality,improve the quality of completion and the ability of high difficulty movement connection.
