摘　　要：模拟仿真实验技术含量高、管理要素多且组织实施复杂,采用科学高效的管理是保证实验质量和效益的关键。依据模拟仿真实验活动特点,构建了模拟仿真实验管理的通用模型,并对模型中各部分的相互作用、相互关系及运行过程进行了分析,包括实验规划、实验准备、实验实施和实验分析。讨论了模型涉及到的主要工作与核心技术。The simulation experiment has the characteristic of high technical content ,management of poly‐elements and complexity in the organization and implementation .To adopt scientific and effective management is the key of guarantee the experimental quality .According to simulation experiment’s characteristic ,this paper tries to construct a general management model for simulation experiment , analyze the interaction , correlation and operational process of each part in the model ,and discusses the important work and whole technology in the model .
