摘 要:角联锁织物复合材料是三维复合材料的一种。在角联锁结构中有两个系统纱线,其中一个纱线系统沿着厚度方向与另一纱线系统屈曲交织,可形成稳定的结构,且结构改变灵活能够满足多种力学性能的需要,有良好的应用前景。文章简述了三维机织复合材料的发展与应用,以角联锁复合材料预成型件作为研究目标,研究几种不同结构角联锁组织结构,分析空口与共纬角联锁结构的形成过程,推导共纬最大值与非最大值角联锁结构相应关系式,得出一个适用于实口与共纬角联锁结构的通式。对共纬角联锁织物结构设计具有参考意义。Angle-interlock fabric composite is one among three-dimension composites. There are two systems of yarn in angle-interlock structure. One yarn system is interwoven with the other along thickness direction, thus forming a stable structure. Meanwhile, the structure can change flexibly and meet the demand of multiple mechanical properties. It has a good application prospect. This paper briefly describes the development and application of three- dimensional woven composites, studies several different angle-interlock weaving structures with angle-interlock composite preform as the research object, analyzes the forming process of empty structure and angle-interlock structure with shared weft, infers the corresponding relational expression of maximum and non-maximum angle-interlock structure with shared weft and obtains a general formula applicable to solid structure and angle-interlock structure with shared weft. It has reference meaning for the structural design of fabrics with angle- interlock structure with shared weft.
