摘  要:为研究熔喷非织造布生产工艺、结构及性能三者之间的关系,以聚丙烯为原料,采用多种工艺制备了熔喷非织造布,测试了熔喷非织造布的结构、孔径及透气性能。对测试结果进行分析发现:当其他条件一定时,织物厚度随网帘频率增加而减小,随接收距离的增加而增大,随挤出频率增加而增大;孔径随网帘频率的增加呈减小趋势,随接收距离的增加呈增大趋势,随挤出频率的增加呈增大趋势;非织造布透气量随网帘频率的增加而增大,随接收距离的增加而增大,随挤出频率的增加呈减小趋势。To study the relationship among melt-blown nonwoven production technology, structure and performance, this paper prepares melt-blown nonwoven with multiple technologies with polypropylene as raw material and tests the structure, pore diameter and air permeability of melt-blown nonwoven. The analysis on test results finds that, when other conditions are certain, fabric thickness decreases with the increase of web curtain frequency and increases with the increase of receiving distance and extrusion frequency; pore diameter decreases with the increase of wire belt frequency and increases with the increase of receiving distance and extrusion frequency; air permeability of nonwoven increases with the increase of wire belt frequency and receiving distance and decreases with the increase of extrusion frequency.
