摘　　要：随着针织提花技术的不断发展,织物种类和用途的多样化,使人们对针织保暖内衣的需求愈来愈高,市场竞争也越加激烈。为提高针织提花内衣产品的市场竞争力,对其织物图案设计的开发是关键因素之一。本文以典洋TY-DK-FJ双面电脑提花机上生产的保暖针织提花内衣为主要研究对象,结合市场中保暖针织提花内衣的现状,分析了其提花图案特点及应用方法。总结出利于企业生产的图案设计方法,以满足消费者需求,为提升保暖针织提花内衣的市场竞争力,提供了一定的理论依据和设计支持。探寻保暖针织提花内衣图案设计不仅开拓了图案元素在其保暖内衣设计中的运用领域,而且开创了图案在保暖针织提花内衣中的新纪元,并对促进现代保暖针织提花内衣的发展具有一定借鉴意义。With the constant development of knitted jacquard technology and the diversification of fabric type and purpose, people have higher and higher demands for knitted thermal underwear and market competition becomes fiercer. 1o improve market competitiveness of knitted jacquard underwear products, the development of pattern design of fabrics is one of the key factors. With thermal knitted jacquard underwear produced on Tienyang TY-DK-FJ double-faced computer jacquard machine as the main research object in combination with the status of thermal knitted jacquard underwear in the market, this paper analyzes its jacquard pattern features and application method and summarizes pattern design methods conducive to enterprise production so as to meet consumer demands and provide certain theoretical basis and design support for the improvement of market competitiveness of thermal knitted jacquard underwear. It also explores pattern design of thermal knitted jacquard underwear, exploits the application field of pattern elements in the design of thermal underwear and a new era of pattern in pattern design of thermal knitted jacquard underwear, and has certain reference meaning for promoting the development of modern thermal knitted jacquard underwear.
