摘　　要：马克思主义经济学中国化是否具有民族性,这一问题在理论和实践上未曾解决。其实,从马克思主义经济学中国化包含的探索过程、形成的理论成果及实践成果三个方面的内容来看,都体现了中国民族性的特点;而马克思主义经济学中国化的民族性与世界各国的马克思主义经济学本土化的民族性是具有必然联系的客观存在。The issue that whether there are ethnicities and national characteristics during the process of sinicization of Marxist economics has not been solved both in theo- ry and practice. In fact, it is obvious that the process of sinicization of Marxist economics embodies typical Chinese national characteristics and ethnicities from three aspects including the exploration process, the theoretical achievements and as well as practical achievements. Furthermore, the ethnicities and national characteristics of Marxist economics sinicization have definitely close and objective connection with the ethnicities and national characteristics of worldwide Marxist economics localization.
