摘 要:首次研制了以纳米Fe3O4为修饰剂的涂碳型盐酸氯丙那林(CLP)离子选择电极,用于CLP的快速测定.采用循环伏安法和电位分析法对该纳米Fe3O4修饰电极的各项性能进行了测定.结果表明:CLP在纳米Fe3O4修饰电极上的响应得到明显增强,并在1.0×10^-6-1.0×10^-1 mol/L浓度范围内电极呈线性响应,其级差电位为52mV/pC,计算得到检测下限为8.0×10^-7 mol/L,与普通电极相比,该纳米修饰电极的响应范围更广,检测下限更低.用该纳米Fe3O4修饰电极测定猪肉样品中CLP的含量,测定结果与液质串联法相符.In thhis paper,a novel coated carbon clorprenaline hydrochloride(CLP)ion selective electrode based on Fe3O4 nanoparticles as the modifier for the rapid determination of CLP was first prepared.The characteristics of the Fe3O4 nanoparticles modified electrode were detected by potentiometric analysis and cyclic voltammetry method.The results shown that the response of CLP on the Fe3O4 nanoparticles modified electrode was enhanced conspicuously,the linear response range was from1.0×10^-6 to 1.0×10^-1 mol/L with a slope of 52 mV/pC,and the detection limit was 8.0×10^-7mol/L.Comparing with the unmodified coated carbon electrode,the Fe3O4 nanoparticles modified electrode shown better characteristics in detection limit and linear response range.These rusults reavel that the Fe3O4 nanoparticles modified electrode can be successfully employed to detect CLP in pork samples and the results were in agreement with HPLC-MS.
