三唑席夫碱钛(Ⅳ)配合物的合成及其与DNA相互作用

摘　　要：为开发具有新生物活性的非铂系前药,采用化学方法合成新的均三唑席夫碱(Ⅳ)配合物,并利用元素分析、1 H NMR、13 C NMR和MS等进行结构表征.在模拟生理条件(pH=7.40)下,以吖啶橙(AO)作为光谱探针,采用紫外(UV)及荧光光谱方法研究配合物与鲱鱼精DNA的作用机制.结果表明:合成得到的新的均三唑席夫碱钛(Ⅳ)配合物与DNA之间的作用机制为嵌插作用和静电作用.To develop new non-platinum-based pro-drugs with biological activity,using chemical methods to synthesize new triazole Schiff based Ti（Ⅳ）complex and its structure and composition were characterized by elementary analysis,^1H NMR,^13C NMR,MS and so on.In Tris-HCl buffer（pH=7.4）,using acridine orange as a spectral probe,the UV-vis and fluorescence spectroscopy were applied to investigate the mechanism of the interaction between complex（LTi）and the DNA of herring sperm.The result showed that triazole Schiff based Ti（Ⅳ）complex and it interact with DNA as the function of intercalation and electrostatic effects.
