摘  要:本文系统地测定了醋酸甲酯、丙烯酸甲酯、醋酸和丙烯酸体系的二元汽液相平衡实验数据,为生产丙烯酸新工艺后续产物的分离提供了数据支撑。同时采用NRTL活度系数模型对所测相平衡数据进行了热力学关联,回归了相应的模型参数。经验证模型的预测值和实验值相吻合。在此基础上,利用Aspen Plus模拟软件对该四元体系丙烯酸的分离进行了流程模拟及优化。模拟结果实现了高纯净产品的分离,为丙烯酸新工艺分离技术的工业化提供了重要的指导。This paper measured the vapor - liquid equilibrium experimental data for binary system of methyl acetate, methyl acrylate, acetic acid and acrylic acid systematically. Those VLE data provided support for compound separation that obtained from new routes of acrylic acid producing. Meanwhile, correlated the phase equilibrium data to thermodynamics model by using NRTL activity coefficient model, the regressive model parameters was obtained. It was proved that the predictive values were consistent with experimental values in binary phase. On this basis, the separation of acrylic acid in the quaternary system was simulated and optimized by Aspen Plus. As a result, high purity product was acquired and guidance for the realization of the acrylic acid industrial separation in the new route was provided.
