摘　　要：现场总线仪表由于其全数字性、精度高、抗干扰能力强、高速通信、内嵌控制功能、系统综合成本低等特点被大量应用于现代工业中,但在不同的工业流程及现场环境下如何可靠运行是众多使用者关注的重要问题。介绍酒泉钢铁(集团)有限责任公司碳钢薄板厂炼钢转炉现场总线仪表的应用情况,对该系统在运行维护中发现存在的异构网络结构、接地、总线短路等问题进行了分析并提出相应的解决措施。Field bus instrument is widely used in modern industry because of its high accuracy,high precision,strong anti-interference ability,high speed communication,embedded control function and low cost.But how to operate re-liably under different industrial processes and environmental conditions is a more important problem for many users. The application situation of field bus instrument for converter steelmaking system of carbon steel sheet plant in Ji-uquan Iron and Steel （Group）Co.,Ltd.is introduced.The problems,which are found during the operation and maintenance of the field bus instrument system,such as heterogeneous network structure,grounding and short cir-cuit of field bus are analyzed and the corresponding solution measures are put forward.
