摘　　要：必需脂肪酸是动物体必不可少的营养物质,包括亚麻酸、亚油酸和花生四烯酸。近年来研究发现,在日粮中添加必需脂肪酸对反刍动物有积极的作用。文章从必需脂肪酸的代谢及其功能、缺乏及其改善和对反刍动物的影响进行了综述。Essential fatty acid is animal body essential nutrients, including linolenic acid, linoleic acid and arachidonic acid. In recent years, studies found that adding essential fatty acids in the diet of ruminants had a positive effect.In this article, the essential fatty acid metabolism and its function, the deficiency and the improvement and the effects on ruminant were summarized.
